Complaints Procedure

Trail Tech Products will respond to any customer compliant submitted within 5 working days and will either send the customer an email or contact the customer directly by telephone.

Our company policy is to resolve any customer complaint within 14 working days from complaint submission, and we will keep the customer updated on the progress of the complaint throughout this time frame by either email, telephone or in writing.
