There is no restocking charge for any item returned for exchange. The customer has seven (7) working days from the " day after" the delivery date in which to cancel the order or return the goods for a full refund or exchange of product. A full refund will be sent to the customer within 30 days of the cancellation of order.
Trail Tech Products advise that the goods are returned at the customers cost.
Faulty or Defective Goods
Where a product is found or deemed to be faulty upon fitment please contact us immediately for specific returns instructions.
Do not post any goods until we have advised you of the full postal address for returns, in some cases this might be directly to the manufacturer.
Trail Tech Products will refund the cost of postage to the customer or arrange collection of the goods at Trail Tech Products cost only if the goods are incorrectly shipped to the customer.
When possible Trail Tech Products Ltd would like any goods returned in original packing but this is not essential and please include a copy of your invoice and a written reason for each return item.
On receipt of the returned goods Trail Tech Products Ltd will inspect and or test the product to attain the cause of the fault or failure. If it is found that the fault or failure is due to a material or manufacture defect we will send you a refund or replacement, free of charge.
